App works really well, the UI is nice and easy to navigate. Solid design. The coupon scanning is great and I love that if you click on the coupon/offer it that was scanned it brings up the items needed to place the order vs other apps using it more like a promo code and you have to find the items yourself. The only negative is that one of the coupons from the flyer wouldn't scan, idk if that's an app issue or the coupon flyer had a bad printing but the other coupons on the same flyer worked

It worked great at least until the 23rd of Oct, then when I TRIED to use it on the 27th it crashed as soon as it was launched. Tried uninstall/reinstall and the same thing happened. Messaged Whataburger, called and the response email I got was to close the app and log in again... HOW am I supposed to do that if the app won't launch?! I described this to them on phone and in message, apparently escalations didn't actually READ the message. Now points in limbo and can't use them! Not happy!

App was down for almost a week, so was not able to utilize. Kept my receipt so that I could enter it manually. Supposed to update points within 48 hours and it's been longer than that. Receipt was for Oct 26, but could not enter until after the first of month. If I don't get awarded points because of lateness, I won't be happy, since it was NOT my fault.
