Plein Air Studies from the Leelanau Peninsula

Here are a few plein air studies from my recent residency at the Glen Arbor Art Association. It was a great experience, and I intend to develop these into larger studio paintings. They are all 4.5 x 12 inches, oil on canvas paper. The originals as well as fine art prints are available here.

Artist-In-Residence

In am currently artist-in-residence at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Glen Arbor, MI. The landscape here is astounding, and I am painting plein air every day. The National Park Service offers artist residencies throughout the country. You can read more about it here.

Portrait of Haley
