"Happy ALMOST Spring to You All"!!!

"Happy ALMOST Spring" to you all!!! I cannot believe how quickly the months fly by!!! It seems like yesterday I was tempting you with a PUMPKIN PIE and now here I am "Baking up a few Apple Pies" for you!!! The time is running out for baking up pies though... I limit that to cooler tempts... We do NOT have air conditioning here at Conghaile Cottage, SO Pie crust making comes to a HALT... I'll be baking lemon "This and That's" for Easter and Springtime! OH How I find Lemon "SO REFRESHING"!!! YUMMMMM!!! I hope everyone is enjoying the days getting longer and the birds singing their tunes outside our doors... Big Squishy Hugs my Sweet Sweet Friends!!!

Your apple pie looks Delicious. We are still sweltering in heat here in Australia. Nothing like our lovely cool Autumn days here yet.
So for us its cool lemon drinks and watermelon.
