Abstract This specification defines methods for authors to extend and enhance various CSS features. CSS is a language for describing the rendering of structured documents (such as HTML and XML) on screen, on paper, etc. This is a public copy of the editors’ draft. Does :local-link(n) force N path segments to match, or can a document with a shorter url still create a match? (Example: in https://github.com/tabatkins/css-preprocessor, does :local-link(2) mean “same user and repository onlyâ€, or does it allow “https://github.com/tabatkinsâ€, thus implicitly allowing “same user, but no specified repoâ€?)
