2. What are the challenges that you encounter on the Modular Distance Learning?
3. What are the reason of the delayed submission of your module?
4. Give suggestions on how to improve the distribution and submission of the modules.
There were parents who actively responded to the questions and had concerns that was answered by the
teacher and other parents. There were also parents and students who were late to answer the questions.

Here are the summarized answers from the parents:

1. Some of the students are having a hard time to answer their modules because of the following reason:
- They can not understand the lesson without a teacher, no one in the house can teach or guide them.
- There are students who struggles to answer their modules because they need to do work.
- The activities in the modules are hard to answer, and the numbers of activities are overwhelming.
While some of the students, are blessed to have the support from their families, and even the resources
to learn without a teacher, thru internet.

2. Most of the parents suggested that the distribution of modules be held every two weeks to have
ample time to answer the modules.
