"April Fool" is the first segment of the ninety-fifth episode of Big City Greens.
Synopsis[]
Cricket tries to come up with the perfect prank to play on his girlfriend on April Fools' Day.
Plot[]
Cricket happily tells Bill that today is April Fools Day, a day he says is "romantic" because it is a special day for him and his girlfriend Gabriella. They love to prank each other in drastic and humiliating ways to show their love for each other. Remy and Tilly support his endeavors, but unfortunately, he has landed on "pranker's block" and cannot come up with a proper prank for Gabriella. Tilly and Remy resolve to help him. Meanwhile, Alice attempts to prank Gloria by claiming a health inspector found a rat. While Jade falls for it, Gloria doesn't as Cricket has pranked her enough to see through it. Alice is disappointed and tries to come up with a new prank.
Tilly and Remy's ideas for pranks turn out to be inefficient for Cricket who is still struggling with pranker's block. He tries asking people to prank him, but this doesn't work. When he sees the Cyber Knight Leader, Selena, pranking people by using her drone to drop water balloons, he is inspired to try and prank her to clear his head. He succeeds, but Gabriella sees him and is upset to see that he pranked someone else. Alice sends a condolence letter to Gloria about her "death". Gloria doesn't fall for it and decides to prove it by going to the actual funeral, something Alice didn't plan on and is forced to make a wake for herself.
Gloria arrives at the wake and outs Alice by claiming that she is changing the name of the café, forcing Alice to concede that she cannot prank Gloria. Cricket catches up to Gabriella where he reveals that he had pranker's block and was trying to get inspiration. Gabriella admits that she too had pranker's block and they decide to prank other people together. Gloria continues to gloat over the fact that she cannot be pranked until it looks like Jade had been split in half in an accident. This turns out to be a prank by Cricket and Gabriella that is so good that even the real Jade enters and thinks she was really split in half.

- Oddly enough, Remy happened to foreshadow the episode by bringing up Gabriella dumping Cricket as a worst case scenario.
