Public Safety

Yale Public Safety includes the Yale Police, Yale Security, Emergency Management, and Systems and Services. We serve nearly 12,000 students, approximately 5,200 faculty members, and more than 10,000 staff covering 597 acres on the central, medical, west, and athletic campuses. The Office of Public Safety is located at 25 Science Park.

Our mission: As public safety professionals, the Yale Public Safety team fosters a safe and welcoming campus environment in partnership with the community we serve.
