Pros (+) I like the location and that there are people at the front desk 24/7
Cons (-) The bathroom window screen was bent and had a large gap, the key card reader had issues, the toilet didn't flush all the way, and when I went to shower I found the on/off and temp control knob was almost falling off and not working... Pros (+) Dropping off my son to Orientation at USC. This motel is walking distance, clean,comfortable and a good value. I will probably stay there every trip to USC over the next four years

Cons (-) The breakfast is served in the reception area with no place to sit down . Very crowded in the mornings!

Pros (+) Convenient location to USC
Cons (-) There were a bunch of small ants in the sink area and the shower, and even a few on the table in the room. Never what you want to see in your hotel room! There were a few large red stains on the carpet. The shower faucet leaked. It took a very long time to check-in because the sole worker was chatting it up with two other guests, making we wait well they gabbed like old friends.
