Cons (-) It seems like their walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin. We can hear people above us walking all night and it serous sounded like they may fall through the ceilings anytime. We can hear other people's conversation and having sex clearly. The A.C. in the room has a remote control but it doesn't work. The front desk told us its temperature can only be controlled by the hotel.

Pros (+) stayed for an event at Expo park. Best value for dollar in the area. Free underground parking and free wifi. King bed room was clean and Ac works great.
Cons (-) Room was a little small. Not enough space in the bathroom.

Pros (+) I like the location it was near everything.
Cons (-) We checked into our rooms at the front desk got our card-keys walked to our room and the maintenance lady was still cleaning our rooms. We waited another 5mins outside. Paid way too much too.

Pros (+) Our room had plenty of space and was quiet, and everything in the hotel was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely consider staying there again the next time I'm in the area.
Cons (-) There's a charge for the breakfast buffet, and I couldn't simply get a cup of coffee without purchasing the buffet,

Pros (+) Great staff.. friendly and accommodating. Comfortable room and beds. Clean. Great location with free parking. Awesome shower with great water pressure. Fridge and microwave in room. Updated decor and furniture that was all in very good condition. I would stay there again.
Cons (-) Building is clearly an older one so even though it was clean and well maintained on the surface, it did smell a bit funky. I stayed in the main (older) part of the hotel. There appear to be 2 other newer additions.

Pros (+) Rooms were clean.
Cons (-) I didn't like how parking at the hotel site was limited. We had to park across the street, although is was specifically for the hotel and gated/locked. Our toilet wouldn't flush a few times too. The halls smelled as well (while walking to our rooms). Rooms were super small.

Pros (+) The only good thing was the gentleman that worked the midshift.
Cons (-) The staff in the morning are horrible. When trying to call down there they hang up on you. I would like a complete refund. On the weekends there is no manager on duty or one you can speak to. I needed a new tv for the room never got it.
