Pros (+)Â The coffee shop in the lobby is perfect. Great food a drop pricey for a hotel/breakfast. All parking is valet- it is nice but at times need to que for car. Gym is ok small

Pros (+)Â Customer service overall was great. One person in particular went above and beyond to help me with staying in the same room all three nights. Thumbs up that parking is included in the price.
Cons (-)Â My back hurt sleeping on the bed. That said, my back hurts on almost all beds; I have a hybrid at home. I don't like that you can't get the same rate for each night of a multiple-night stay. While the location is one/half mile from my cousins, I don't like being that close to the highway. I would, however, stay there again.

Cons (-)Â noisy from the 405, very small room, barely any towels in the room, elevator not working, had to use stairs; you would expect something different at $300/night. No mini bar in room, just an empty fridge. It's out of the way to catch a 7-11 or something also, so you just have to remain thirsty or drink tap water (which I did!)

Cons (-)Â I was forced due to death in the family to reduce my stay by one night. The hotel, & booking agency was not forgiving at all & had to pay for the night i was not there. Upsetting & costly to say the least.
