Pros (+) proximity to Metro Rail station to get to the tourist parts of Hollywood Blvd and very easy to get to Universal Studios. There is a breakfast included and free parking and wifi
Cons (-) Towels are small and very snug parking in back, would not recommend parking an SUV, and there is no elevator and breakfast is a bit lacking

Cons (-) Clean but shabby, no water pressure/bad showerheads, very very firm beds were uncomfortable, a/c worked well but very loud
