The hotel is convenient to LAX. It’s clean , the staff are friendly and the cost OK. But it’s nothing very special.

I showed my confirmation to the desk lady and she showed her manager. Then she came back and said a double room just opened up. Pros (+)Â Great shuttle service. To and from airport. E-Z Check In
Cons (-)Â Only one receptionist for check-in. Took a long time standing in line. especially difficult after a long flight and long time going through immigration at LAX. Should have had more receptionist working the desk. with all the electronic information they should have known many people would be arriving.

Pros (+)Â I really enjoyed the fact that right from the start, members of the front desk were friendly and attentive. In addition, everyone else encountered at the hotel was very nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will be back for sure when I come back to the area!
