A A A
On December 13, 2024, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily determined that SeAH Steel Corporation and its cross-owned affiliate, SeAH Steel Holdings Corporation, didn’t receive countervailable subsidies for their sales of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) during the review period from September 29, 2022, to December 31, 2022. Therefore, SeAH Steel and SeAH Steel Holdings received a subsidy rate of de minimis 0.14%.

Besides, the USDOC rescinded the review on four companies, AJU Besteel, Husteel, ILJIN Steel, and NEXTEEL, due to timely filed withdrawal requests.

The final results of this administrative review are scheduled to be issued by the USDOC no later than 120 days after the publication of the preliminary results.
