Rubena Sukaj is a Senior Economist at the World Bank's Development Data Group. She currently works on the compilation of external debt data, the International Debt Statistics and World Development Indicators publications, as well as manages the data compilation for the Quarterly Public Sector Debt statistics (QPSD), a World Bank, IMF, and OECD data initiative.
Rubena holds a Ph.D. in economics from the American University in Washington, DC.
