Who We Are
PK Fitness Apps (the “Company”) is the creator of the Workout Companion apps, the Studio Companion apps, the Fat Burn App, and related products and services (the “Application”). We are a Delaware corporation with our headquarters in California, USA.
If you are a resident of the European Union (the “EU”), Bred Ventures Inc., doing business as PK Fitness Apps, is the controller of your personal data for the purpose of the EU data protection law.

The following Privacy Policy is to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of your personal data and collected information.

Use of Apple Technologies
We’re committed to keeping your personal information safe and protected. That’s why we leverage Apple’s innovative technologies to safeguard your privacy on your device wherever possible. Apple shares our philosophy that personal data should always be protected on your device and never shared without your explicit permission.
Our Application utilizes Apple’s “Sign in with Apple” capability exclusively for user authentication and for granting access to our Application. Having a valid Apple ID and active account with Apple may be required for access to our Application.
Our Application utilizes Apple Health and the HealthKit API to help our users understand and manage their personal health and fitness journey. You will be asked to grant permission to both read and write specific data items to and from Health. Your permission to access Health data will be requested and is required for the proper operation of our Application.
Our Application utilizes Motion and Fitness tracking capabilities in Apple phones and watches. You will be asked to grant permission for our Application to utilize these capabilities. Your permission to utilize these capabilities will be requested and is required for the proper operation of our Application.

Personal and Workout Data Collected
Our Application collects personal data you give us or permits us to access from Apple’s Health. This data is always private and never viewable, shared, sold, or otherwise provided to anyone external to the Application.
Personal data collected in the Application includes your username, date of birth, email, gender, height, and weight. Users of the Application may also declare certain goals of their fitness journey which is used in combination with your personal data to personalize your experience in the Application.
Activity, performance, and workout data, such as heart rate samples during a workout, are also collected by the Application. This data is used to create workout summaries for every workout that users can review and, optionally, send to themselves via email after every workout.
Use of Information
The personal data you give us is used to personalize your experience in the Application. Your email address, if provided, may be used to send you summaries of your workouts, if desired, as well as information about our products, services, and promotions.
We will use our best efforts to provide users with control over our communication with you including the ability to opt-out of these functions if desired. If not prohibited from your communications settings, we may, from time to time, contact you to learn more about how we can improve our product offerings.
Sharing Information
The Company does not sell, rent or disclose any data collected by the Application to any non-affiliated entity. We do not otherwise disclose any data collected by the Application to any third party unless required by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding.
In the event of a sale of some or all of our business, the Company will disclose collected data to a purchaser that agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
Sharing By Choice
You may choose to share your workout summary data on other applications and networks, such as Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter. Please read the privacy policies of those applications, because any data published on those applications and networks are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
Security
The Company takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however, you accept that no digital data source can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security should one occur.
Disclosure
We may disclose information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.
We may share information to prevent illegal uses of the Company’s products and services or violations of the Terms of Use or to defend ourselves against third-party claims.
Minors
Our Application is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.
Acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Modifications
By accessing and using the Application you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to its Privacy Policy or practices. If the Company makes changes to the Privacy Policy or practices, we will provide prominent notice to our users.
