GS1 Company Prefix (P3193) is the prefix (or list of prefixes) for GTINs issued by the company.
This proposal (GLN) is for the main GS1 identifier of a company, and for identifiers of its branches and warehouses. The same GLN may own multiple prefixes, and then only one of them would be a prefix of the company GLN , see examples in Property_talk:P3193#Split_in_Two_Props.
So we need a separate property.

Support I'm not too familiar with GS1 but this seems like a useful separation - I assume this one should have a unique value constraint for wikidata items then? ArthurPSmith (talk) 17:31, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
Comment We already have quite detailed Wikidata items about places. Why dont we directly link it to them? I wonder what is the reason why GS1 system is invented. Rtnf (talk) 05:57, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
