Where do I store info about the number of people?
[edit]Hello! What is the recommended way to store information about the number of people? I've used Property:P1082 'population' (like in Q49542 'Russians'), but I get a warning that I've violated the type constraint, and P1028 shouldn't be used this way. But what is the correct property? I can't find it. My eventual goal is to populate infocards in articles like crh:Yeudiler from Wikidata. Хтосьці (talk) 08:37, 29 October 2019 (UTC)
Lable en
[edit]The english label currently departs from the enwiki lemma, the en-uk label, and, assuming literal translations, almost all other languages. There have been ample discussion of this on enwiki, with the most recent one achieving the feat of being a discussion, n the internet, on judaism, and with jews... and absolutely no disagreement.
There is no good to depart from the wider community's judgement here, so I plan to align the label here to the enwiki lemma at some point in the not-too-distant future. Or, if you are reading this and isn't currently summer in the northern hemisphere, I forgot about it and you should feel empowered to make that change. --Matthias Winkelmann (talk) 21:05, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
