We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned.
We are happy to refund receipted returns in sellable condition in the method paid with a few exceptions.
All Sales are final on newspapers, magazines, and earrings.
Purchases made by check can be refunded after the check clears (typically 20 days).
Refunds for online orders, whether done in person or online, may take up to 5 days to process and appear on your statement.
For all mail returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
