Shipping & Returns
Shipping terms depend on the destination and the time when the order is acquired: estimated shipping timeframes can range from 5 to 7 business days after the item has shipped.
We currently do NOT ship to UK and overseas territories from France (Guadalupe; Guayane Francais; Martinique; La Réunion; Mayotte; St Pierre et Michelon; Antartic Lands; Walish and Futuna; French Polinesya; New Caledonia) and Spain (Canary Islands and Autonomous cities) as well as to UK Channel Islands and Gibraltar.
Goods shall be shipped through a courier. Upon receipt of the goods, please verify that the package is undamaged. Any disputes concerning delivery or damaged packaging shall be raised to the carrier immediately, otherwise the goods are deemed properly delivered.
Vibram is unable to ship orders to PO boxes and APO addresses.
If the customer is not available to take delivery of their parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and will try again the day after. In case you are not available the day after, you will be able to contact the carrier.
In case you don’t contact the carrier within 10 days from the first attempted date, the carrier will return the parcel to Vibram S.p.A.. The contract will be cancelled and Vibram S.p.A. will have the right to charge the full amount paid by the customer as a penalty.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the geographical destination of the goods.
Information concerning returns of Vibram FiveFingers and Furoshiki (our Footwear and Finished Goods as we call them - items we manufacture directly) on Vibram FiveFingers Shoes, Furoshiki, & More | Vibram can be found below. For returns and exchanges of merchandise purchased at another retailer or website, please contact that retailer directly.
You can return any item purchased on Vibram FiveFingers Shoes, Furoshiki, & More | Vibram and obtain a full refund of all payments incurred. At the moment, we do not offer size exchanges.
To exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen days (14 days) from the date you acquired physical possession of the item, simply log in with your account, if you are registered, and go to the MY ORDERS section where you will find the return request procedure.
If you are not registered on the site but still want to return the purchased product, you can access the return request HERE as a guest user, not registered.
Please note, return delivery costs shall be borne by you.
As soon as our warehouse receives your shipment, you will receive an email notifying you of the receipt of the package.
Vibram will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. This is without prejudice to all other rights recognized by applicable law. Please note, the right of withdrawal is excluded if:
- The returned item is damaged
- The returned item is used or tampered with
- The returned item is incomplete or without the
original packaging and/or any elements
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, user error, or excessive wear and tear. Any modifications or alterations made to the design of the shoe will void your warranty.
If you have purchased an item on Vibram’s website and wish to return it due to lack of conformity, you must inform Vibram of your decision within fourteen days (14 days) from the date you acquired physical possession of the items. The amount paid for items returned due to damage or defect will be fully refunded, including the direct cost of returning the items, using the same means of payment as the initial transaction.
For warranty returns, we will require proof that your item is defective. No refunds will be issued without approved proof of defect or a return of the item. Please send the following information to our customer service team for review. If we find that your shoe is defective, we will refund you with no additional action required.

- 3 Pictures of the defective item, including the size label, the sole of the shoe, and the defect of the item
We must receive all pristine, unworn, and unused returns to our warehouse before processing your refund. Please ship your return with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of any returns (except defective or damaged products). As soon as our warehouse receives your shipment, you will receive an email notifying you of the receipt of the package. Please allow between 7 to 10 business days from the date of delivery for inspection and processing of your refund.
