  • The USCP Officer salary starts at nearly $81,552 with a maximum annual rate of more than $200,000
  • The Student Loan Repayment Program has up to $10,000 available for qualified employees per year
  • Our Officers are provided Department-issued uniforms and equipment
  • Law enforcement employees are eligible for retirement at 50 years of age with 20 years of service or at any age with 25 or more years of service
  • 104 hours of sick leave a year
  • 13 days of annual leave, which increases to 26 days off a year after 15 years of service
