Rahe KHiram Salamat Nadi Ke Dhaaron Ka
Umang Bali
nikal na jae kahin dam magar kinaron ka
tha iztirab-o-tamanna-e-did gul ka karam
bahut kaThin tha safar warna KHarzaron ka
sata rahi hai dil-e-shab ko kal ke chand ki yaad
uDa uDa sa hai kuchh aaj rang taron ka
jo KHush hai ek to us ki wafa ke charche hain
dukhae dil wo jahan mein bhale hazaron ka
yahi hai lutf to phir jaur kis ko kahte hain
na samjha koi bhi matlab tere ishaaron ka
tan-e-barahna ho jaise libas ka muhtaj
hua hai sher bhi marhun isti'aron ka
use to husn ki hurmat ka pas tha itna
ki kaenat mu'amma hai parda-daron ka
ho ibtila se jahan 'ashiqi ki paimaish
to kya ajab ho wahan josh be-qararon ka
