زبان بندی کے صحرا میں ننگے پاؤں چلتے

آبلے پھوٹنے لگے ہیں…

خواب پاتال سے چیختے ہیں

ماں…

ریشم کی ڈوری لوہے کی زنجیر میں بدلتی جاتی ہے

تعبیروں کے چیتھڑے…

درخت کی شاخوں میں

منتوں کی طرح لٹکے ہیں…

ماں…

بند کھڑکی سے چاند دیکھتے دیکھتے

بینائی سوج گئی ہے…

ماں…

میری انگلی چھوڑ

مجھے بڑا ہونے دے …!!
