اک نقش ابھرتا ہے

اس آنکھ کے پتھر پر

اک لمس سمٹتا ہے

کسی رات کنارے کا،

اک عکس دلاسہ ہے

اس دل کے سہارے کا ،

اک موج ابھرتی ہے

کسی یاد سمندر سے

اک دیپ سا جلتا ہے

دل درد کے مندر میں

دستک کوئی دیتا ہے

بیتی کسی ساعت سے

اک لفظ اترتا ہے

اور وقت…گزرتا ہے!
