pila de mujhe apne hathon se saqi
saKHawat mein koi nadamat nahin hai

sitam jaan-nisaron pe din raat karna
mohabbat nahin hai murawwat nahin hai

uf itna takabbur KHudai ka dawa
buto tum ko KHauf-e-qayamat nahin hai

karen aah-o-fariyaad kya hum qafas mein
ki aah-o-fughan ki ijazat nahin hai

azal se buton ki parastish hai hoti
naya ye tariq-e-ibaadat nahin hai
