لطف بڑھتا ہے سفر کا دوست کم رفتار سے

آشو مشرا

لطف بڑھتا ہے سفر کا دوست کم رفتار سے

میں بھی خوش ہوتا ہوں تیرے عارضی انکار سے

آنکھ لگنے کی ذرا سی دیر تھی بس اور پھر

کٹ گیا دریائے شب بھی خواب کے پتوار سے

میری قربت میں مرا گھر بھی فسردہ ہو گیا

اشک گرنے لگ گئے ہیں دیدۂ دیوار سے

ایک میسج نفرتوں پر بار گزرا ہے مری

پھول بھیجا ہے کسی لڑکی نے سرحد پار سے

اس کی آنکھیں آپ کی آنکھوں سے اچھی تھیں ذرا

باقی سارے آپ بہتر ہو پرانے یار سے

lutf baDhta hai safar ka dost kam raftar se
main bhi KHush hota hun tere aarzi inkar se

aankh lagne ki zara si der thi bas aur phir
kaT gaya dariya-e-shab bhi KHwab ke patwar se

meri qurbat mein mera ghar bhi fasurda ho gaya
ashk girne lag gae hain dida-e-diwar se

ek massage nafraton par bar guzra hai meri
phul bheja hai kisi laDki ne sarhad par se

us ki aankhen aap ki aankhon se achchhi thin zara
baqi sare aap behtar ho purane yar se
