کرنوں کی شہزادی

احمد وصی

نیل گگن کے ساگر میں یہ چاند کی کشتی ڈول رہی ہے

جیسے ایک سنہری تتلی اڑنے کو پر تول رہی ہے

لوگ یہ کہتے ہیں کشتی میں چاند کی بڑھیا ہوتی ہے

راتوں کو جاگا کرتی ہے اور دن بھر وہ سوتی ہے

لیکن میں نے یہ بھی سنا ہے چاند میں اک آبادی ہے

اس کشتی کو کھینے والی کرنوں کی شہزادی ہے

یہ شہزادی اندھیارے کا راج مٹانے آتی ہے

رات کے در تک اجیارے کا دیپ جلانے آتی ہے

یہ شہزادی صبح کو نظروں سے اوجھل ہو جاتی ہے

اور کسی گمنام جزیرے میں جا کر سو جاتی ہے

میں بستر پر چپ لیٹا ہوں رات جہاں سے بھاگ رہی ہے

کرنوں کی شہزادی لیکن صبح کی فکر میں جاگ رہی ہے

nil-gagan ke sagar mein ye chand ki kashti Dol rahi hai
jaise ek sunahri titli uDne ko par taul rahi hai
log ye kahte hain kashti mein chand ki buDhiya hoti hai
raaton ko jaga karti hai aur din bhar wo soti hai
lekin main ne ye bhi suna hai chand mein ek aabaadi hai
is kashti ko khene wali kirnon ki shahzadi hai
ye shahzadi andhiyare ka raj miTane aati hai
raat ke dar tak ujiyare ka dip jalane aati hai
ye shahzadi subh ko nazron se ojhal ho jati hai
aur kisi gumnam jazire mein ja kar so jati hai
main bistar par chup leTa hun raat jahan se bhag rahi hai
kirnon ki shahzadi lekin subh ki fikr mein jag rahi hai
