جو ناشنیدہ رہے لفظ آج بولیں گے

عارج میر

جو ناشنیدہ رہے لفظ آج بولیں گے

شگوفہ ہائے تخیل زبان کھولیں گے

بلند ٹیلے ابھی درمیان پردہ ہیں

ہوا اک آئے گی سب اس کے ساتھ ہو لیں گے

قدیم اونچی عمارات پر نسب کتبے

زمیں پہ آئیں تو سوچوں میں قند گھولیں گے

نہ حادثات کی چادر سے ڈھک سکے اسباب

پرند جا کے بلندی پہ بھید کھولیں گے

جہاں پہ چھاؤں ہے آسیب ڈیرا ڈالے ہیں

نہ دھوپ چھوڑ کہ وہ سائے میں پرو لیں گے

buland Tile abhi darmiyan-e-parda hain
hawa ek aaegi sab us ke sath ho lenge

qadim unchi imaraat par nasab katbe
zamin pe aaen to sochon mein qand gholenge

na hadsat ki chadar se Dhak sake asbab
parind ja ke bulandi pe bhed kholenge

jahan pe chhanw hai aaseb Dera Dale hain
na dhup chhoD ki wo sae mein piro lenge
