Police Raid Uncovers Hazardous Gutka Factory In Keamari; 16 Arrested

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Jul, 2024) Jackson police station of the Keamari district raided a hazardous gutka factory, arresting 16 suspects at the scene.

According to SSP Keamari, the police seized 15,000 packets of harmful gutka from the factory, which was secretly operating near Pidar Ground in Keamari.

The police also recovered a mixing machine, drums, and other equipment used in gutka production.

The arrested individuals have prior criminal records, and cases have been registered against them as investigations continue.
