The Woodbury winter clothing donation drive nearly doubled its drop-off locations so far this year, reaching 24 locations in comparison to last year’s 13, according to the Woodbury Community Foundation.
The winter clothing drive connects businesses, schools, nonprofits and volunteers to ensure local kids have the warm clothing they need. It’s run by the Woodbury Community Foundation, in collaboration with SoWashCo Cares, to reach students across the South Washington County School District.
Some drop-off locations include Woodbury High School, Jerry’s Foods and the Woodbury YMCA. A list of locations, and an online donation link, can be found at woodburyfoundation.org. Donations are being accepted through Dec. 20.
Officials are seeking winter coats and snow pants in sizes ranging from a 4T to an adult medium.
