Being an Iconic Leader: we commit to be an Iconic Leader as part of The Valuable 500 community, championing the creation, with EY, of a Listening Tool to support Inclusive Research: we are going to be building a global research panel of 5,000 people with disabilities to give us direct insight into engagement with products and services.

Using our Voice: we want to help raise awareness and build advocacy to such an extent that disability inclusion becomes an essential part of every business.

Promoting Diversity & Inclusion: we are driving a very ambitious Diversity and Inclusion programme, with our four key pillars being: Representation, Progression, Culture and Using our Voice. These are all elements which can be universally pursued by the business community. Our approach to inclusion at Sky is to create a culture focused on ensuring people can bring their full selves to their work.

Embedding Disability Inclusion in our products and services: we want to roll out ways of working that make disability inclusion core; giving everybody education and support in order to drive process improvement. Listening to our accessibility user groups at Sky we will create the products of tomorrow as well as a more inclusive and open culture.
As a person, and as a leader, I wanted to make this commitment to drive real change for people with disabilities. I believe we can create a level playing field for people with disabilities through inclusive products and services, and using our voice at Sky to drive positive change in society.
