I haven't laughed this much in a really long time or watched a whole episode of SNL! Surprise appearances by Jon Hamm, Benicio del Toro & the K-pop Demon Hunter's girls, Huntr/x. Musical guest Doja Cat.
There were a couple of missteps, but for the most part, pretty solid.

Bad Bunny was awesome. and the Kpop Demon Hunter skit was EPIC.
I think the episode's only weakness was that the writing wasn't up to SNL standards due to 4 writers missing from the lineup. But BB made up for it by putting on a great show.

I know, I was surprised that it was so funny. Although, and I do feel a bit guilty for laughing, but there were a couple of inappropriate jokes that made me laugh. I also wished that Mr. Bunny had done one musical number ( I don't understand the appeal of Doja Cat).
And boy, were there some really bad reviews about the opener. But I'm thinking it's just the whole BB/Super Bowl backlash.

Yah those were just maga trolls, they ooze out of the woodwork anytime a Trump critic gets center stage.
I thought his little jab was awesome ("If you didn't understand what I just said, you have 4 months to learn!"), and seriously I'm kinda inspired to take up Spanish.
Although the "Inventing Spanish" skit scared me off a bit 🤣

Damn, I hate this site sometimes! I had typed out my comment, opened another tab to add something, then accidentally closed the wrong tab! I wish that if we are in the middle of writing a comment & haven't posted it yet, it should still be there in its unposted form, or at least let us save as we go! I know other sites have that capability! Anyway, I'll try again.
I have tried through the years to learn another language, Irish Gaelic, Arabic, Korean (I receive a word a day email), and Italian, to no avail. They say the older you get the harder it is to learn a new language. When I was in the third grade, we had Spanish lessons a couple of times a week, but except for a few words (and my pronunciation is like Lucy's), nothing really stuck. But you should give it a go. Here are a couple of free sites that let you learn a new language:

I've also heard that about new languages being harder as you get older. I think there's a lotta truth to that, if we compare how fast children learn vs. old folks.
Hard but not impossible. I might have a head start since I know French, and all the romance languages are similar (French, Spanish, Italian).
I've tried to learn Japanese casually from watching anime, and I just can't lock in. Spanish would be lots easier... in 4 months...? Arriba, arriba, ándale! 🐭

Spanish is in the top 5 easiest languages for English speakers to learn.
I can't remember which one of the 3 it is, but one of them says that you can learn a language in 3 months if you practice 3 hours a day?

Ok I'm gonna do this for real. The Bad Bunny 4 months to Spanish fluency and FU maga challenge 😂
Not only that but I'll finally get to watch a bunch of Spanish movies I have on DVDs that don't have English subtitles.
I started duolingo just because it doesn't require any sign up. Made it thru the first 2 lessons!
