Refunds & Rescheduling

Books: Books or other physical products purchased directly from The Minimalists are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us.

Classes: Due to limited seating and availability, all classes, courses, seminars, events, and retreats conducted by The Minimalists are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise at the point of sale. Transfers to a different/future date are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Mentoring: All mentoring and clutter counseling sessions are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule appointments up to 48 hours in advance. Requests made within 48 hours will be considered no-shows. Please contact us for exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Third Parties: Books or products you purchase from third parties (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.) have different return policies; consult the respective privacy policies of these parties for more detailed information on their practices and for instructions regarding how to opt-out of certain practices. The Minimalists return policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third parties or their websites.
