• It’s always exciting to watch a live DJ set, but when it’s a duo like Nadastrom, you know you’re going to get an incredible show. Although Dave Nada and Matt Nordstrom have only been performing together since 2007, you can tell that they invest all of their time into creating and practicing their music together, as their chemistry is incredible, and they work off of each others energy incredibly well.

  The visual is always a great part of a DJ set, and the duo had great screens behind them, with fluorescent images dancing around for the entire show. The strobe and UV lighting also contributed to the incredible atmosphere. The dup opened with a totally new improvised track that was awesome to see unfold before us in the audience. They inserted samples, used drum pads, synths, and their decks to create a great electronic sound that built up to a huge drop.

  They played mainly from their most recent EPs and mixtapes, and came out with some awesome variations of their popular Fallen Down, and Shelly mixes. They were great at shouting at us in the crowd to get us all involved with the show, and everyone was dancing like mad from start to finish.
