Great concert in 't Paard in The Hague, The Netherlands. Alison kicked of with one of the strongest songs from her latest album Other, I Germinate, followed by a Yazoo classic, Nobody's Diary. More Yazoo classics followed during the concert (Only You, Situation and closing song Don't Go). Highlights during the concert were Wishing You Were Here, This House and The Rarest Birds. All by all a great concert by one of the best voices around. Alison Moyet will surely stay for many years to come!
Alison was great! Really amazing this woman and her incredible voice. I liked the new song texts, but not the kind of noisy music accompanying them. Brutally loud and far away from melodious songs such as Invisible. Only you abd Love resurrection were hghly appreciated by the crowd. Alison Moyet is a great star but the „back to electronics“ style of music she us süorting on her new album is not my type of music.
