     SECTION 1- TITLE

    To encourage those who have proper
    qualifications to remain in government
    service.

     Section 4- Recruitment and Qualifications
     Section 5-Performance evaluation and
    merit promotion
     Section 6-transfer or geographical
    reassignment
     Section 7- married public health workers
     Section 10- No Understaffing/ Overloading
    of health staff
     Section 11- Administrative Charge
     Provincial health officer of the province
     Chairperson of the organization
     Supervisor
    Section 13-Duties and Obligation
    Discharge his duty humanely
    Perform his duty with utmost respect for life
    Exercise his function without discrimination.
    Section 15- Normal Hours of work
    8 hours/week
     Section 16-Overtime work
     Section 17-Work During Rest day

     Section 18-Night Shit differential

    -10% of his regular wage
