REFLECTION
Based on my observation the practices that I adopt is to understand
individual differences of your student and to flexible. Sharing ideas it o have learning
observation make you learn and gain more knowledge. Learning is a good
experience.

The practices that we need to avoid as a teacher are words that cannot be
understand by the students. Other practices that need to improve is that, being
patient and you must know how to deal w/ your students be cause they have an
individual differences.

In my observation during my resource teacher ‘s discussion I remember my

elementary days because the topic being taught is also the topic that my
elementary teacher taught us during our time.

REFLECTION

in my observation, learning objectives is acquire knowledge, SMART is

very important specially to the teacher and learners. The goal of the teacher
is to used the 3 domain of learning, it is use as guiding star for the student to
be more knowledgeable in improving the lesson/

Demonstration of the lesson is directly and concentrated to the

learners. Integrating lesson objectives and intended outcomes in the 3
domains can really make lessons more meaningful because your discussion
will not be focusing more on the cognitive domain but also to affective and
they learn as they do it by themselves or-in psychomotor.

It will be meaningful and more relevant when you teach

using the three domains it is the cognitive, affective, and

psychomotor domain because this three domain can help to

your student to learn more what you teach if what the students

know? What the students able to do? And how are they going to

do their takes and the value or care about?

Every student has the ability to remembered the topic or

lessons that been discussed, like on my observation when the
leader ask or review their last topic they be able to answer
because they still remembered

I think it depend upon the situation of how the lesson has

been discussed to blamed the teacher, if the teacher didn’t
discuss clearly their topic, the outcomes of this student could
not learn.

In teaching-learning process the teacher and the learner must be involved

in class proceedings. Which means, teacher should learn together. Not only
teachers are the sources of ideas and information's and the one who deposits
knowledge on the empty minds of the learners. Not only teacher should dominates
the whole class atmosphere.

What is important is to considered the learner’s interest and concerns. The

teacher should have interaction with his/her students so that they will learn how to
build knowledge in their own and to incorporate these knowledge with their
experiences and prior knowledge. That’s why it is better to apply the student-
centered approach.

Inductive method is more effective than deductive because the learners

are more engaged and indulged in the teaching- learning process and with the
teacher facilitating skills, the learners formulate the generalizations of conclusions
in their own.

The learning becomes more interesting and engaging at the beginning

of the lesson because the teacher starts with the experiences of the learners.
And also the teacher begin by asking of what the learners know or what they
have in their prior knowledge about the certain topic.

It also help to develop learners higher-order thinking skills and higher

understanding requires them to analyze and evaluate in order to arrive at a
certain conclusion.

For me as of today’s school curriculum the method of

teaching that the teacher must process is not only focuses into
subject matter but it should consider on how students will learn.

For me as a future educator we have many ways to

impart knowledge to our students this will be the role of being
a teacher by objectives of Blooms Mastery Learning. To
become a more globally competitive educator we must use
OBTL to help us handle the right and appropriate information

During activity the student asking questions, and

analysis types of techniques.

Because the teachers questioning techniques is the

key in encouraging students to ask correct relevant and light
level questions. It also can serve as good examples. We, as a
good examples. We as a future educator take our reaction to
our student response for granted.

During our observation, we learn so many things about the
Teaching and Learning Process. That being a teacher is not an
easy profession. You can make or break a child. Especially being
an Elementary Teacher. Elementary teachers as the one who
form the foundation of a learners learning, if the foundation is
weak the possibility is the learners will have difficulties when they
go to the higher level of the learning process.
As we observe learners are more participative if the
teacher uses instructional materials that are colorful and
attractive, it catches the attention of the learners. As you can
see in this pictures the classroom is will structured, the chairs
and tables are will arranged and the displays are eye
catching, it’s like inviting you to come in and be part of the
class.

REFLECTION

As a future teacher this article is a great news for us. It is a motivation for
Education Students to pursue the Teaching Profession because of this opportunity
that was given to us by the Department of Education. By hiring more teacher’s the
department can be able to supply teacher’s to the areas that are far from the
City’s. This can improve the Educational System of our country and also the quality
of our education. We all know that some schools in our country especially the
upland and costal areas have only few teachers that is handling a multi-grade
class. If the DepEd achieve their goal to complete teachers on the K-12 Curriculum,
we are confident that Every Learners that will graduate in the K-12 Curriculum will be
will equip and competitive enough to be able to compete with different countries
as a professional.

This poem described what is happening inside

the school, about the good and bad things that the
learners experience inside the wall of a classroom.
Every thing that the learners experience in the school
weather it good or bad is part of their learning so in
either way the learners must still go to school to learn.
REFLECTION

This Poem tells us how going to

school & learning is fun. We as future
teacher must be able to make the
teaching and learning process as fun
and enjoyable as we can. For the
learners to remember school as a
happy place and not a boring and bad
place to be. Experience is the best
teacher that’s most of our teacher
say’s but if that experience are bad the
learners will never learn, instead they
will be not interested to go to school.
GENERAL REFLECTION ON THE PORTFOLIO
In being a field study it is very overwhelming and challenging to do
all the task and understand it in reach episode that we are able to
organize and answered. I am very happy almost challenge in having this
portfolio because we spend our time with a sense that can help us to do
our responsibility as a student. I build some experiences in assessing a
curriculum of a school we observe because it gives as a wide knowledge
on how we can be able to construct a curriculum someday in having this
we know that we can learn a lot and we can be able to point out the use
of new technology enrichment of learner’s activity.

We know that there is a good purpose in having observation with

other school so that this can guide us to know better curriculum of the
said school so we can “INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY INTO TEACHING
LEARNING”

On the said curriculum when able to encourage our learners to do

more discovery learning and learn more in each other by having a

NARRATIVE REPORT OFF CAMPUS

During our off campus observation in different schools here in Catbalogan. We

observed that in every school there are many kind of parks just like Math, English &
Filipino Park. They have canteen that can be found inside the school. We can see
trees and even mountain that surrounds the school area, because of this the air in this
school are fresh.
in our first observation and our first impression of our resource teacher they are
good teachers and very approachable. Even some of them have a good sense of
humor.

In that time we observed that our resource teachers are good in teaching,
motivating and facilitating the learners, that’s why the learners are also doing good
because of the teachers effective strategies and techniques. And also we observed
that our resource teachers always recall the previous lesson and ask student if he/she
can understand the lesson. Some of the students are fast learners and some are slow
learners but the teacher should discuss again the lesson until the low learners learned
& understood the lesson. From the following day up to the last day we observed the
strategies ,techniques and how we are going to motivate the learners .
