Essay - ENGLISH

Topic - A life-changing event

We have all been affected by the coronavirus more commonly known as


Covid-19. It had caused major changes in all of our lives within days, and it is
one of the major life-changing events in my life too. On March 9th, when the first
case in Bangalore was declared, we were all sent home and we were really
anxious and scared. Soon, almost the whole world went into lockdown. Online
classes became the new normal, we didn’t see all our friends for so long and had
to wear masks every time we stepped out. I am not a fan of the virus, but
sometimes changes can be good, this virus has helped us in so many ways, it
has taught us so many things. Getting back to school last month was a big
change and was really fun. We got to meet all of our classmates and teachers. I
even made new friends. Even though the pandemic was a huge change we
should learn to tackle it because changes are inevitable but growth is an option.
