One activity I absolutely love is weightlifting. It helps me stay in good shape and keep fit,
which is really important for my health. After a good session, I feel refreshed – like hitting the
refresh button on my mind and body. It also gives me an incredible boost of energy that keeps
me energized throughout the day. Weightlifting is my way of blowing off some steam and
relieving stress, especially after a long day of studying or working. Honestly, I can’t get enough
of it – I just keep going because it feels so addictive. It’s also a great way to unwind and
recharge both physically and mentally."

Running: Try it you won’t regret. It will keep you active for the entire day. It is a different
feeling, you won’t understand unless you start doing it daily.

Reading Books: This is the best habit one can have. I love reading books as it helps in
increasing knowledge. Start reading books and enjoy the imaginary world it takes you too.

Traveling: Everyone loves exploring new place. The world is too big and you are too small. So
start exploring to see the other side of world. I

Watching T.V is another thing I do in my free time when I’m on my own. I love to just sit down
every now and then, and watch a few of my favorite shows or movies, even if it’s on repeat.

Talking to my family and friends: It feels nice to talk to your loved ones. Keeping quiet for a
long time makes me feel suffocated. Be it all the gossips, the chit-chats or the nonsensical
talks, I love each one of them! I feel that talking is some kind of a therapy. Whenever I feel
down, I talk to my friends or family, and my mood lifts up and this works each and every time.

I have a ton of random hobbies, drawing, guitar, videogames, cars, guns, etc. they’re all very
fulfilling to me and make me appreciate life. I enjoy a challenge and overcoming it even more.

also hobbies build character and can help you meet new people. Be careful when monetizing a
hobby though, as it can get stale pretty quickly and become more of a job than a hobby.
Though if you’re passionate enough, you’ll find ways to keep it interesting and love it.
