5.2 Description of process steps
Flow Process Steps Description
1 Once the teaching load is allocated the trainer(s) initiate preparation of the course outline.
2 Each trainer prepares his/her course outline based on the model curriculum, occupational standard and the TTLM as a a
guide or reference
3 The prepared course outline is submitted to the section head.
4 The section head (and/or the trainer) review the course outline for approval. If not the trainer re-prepares the course
outline by including the comments given during review.
5 If okay, the section head approves and accepts the course outline, and document it.
6 Finally, the section head submits one copy of the course outline to the training officer.
