Please find attached the Year - End Examination Datesheet for students appearing for the Class 9 Year - End
Exams 2025. The syllabus is as per the ICSE Syllabus guidelines. The same can also be accessed from the
council’s website at [Link].
Science practical schedule is mentioned along with this circular for your perusal.

Kindly note the following information pertaining to these examinations:

• Students must ensure punctuality and must be in school according to their scheduled time. All exams will
be held punctually and there should be no time wasted in arrival, movement and dispersal, which will need
to be speedy and well timed.
• Students are required to come to school in their correct school uniform.
• No smart watches or other gadgets are permitted on their bodies. Cell phones are not permitted.
• For Science Practicals, you are requested to kindly ensure that you follow the instructions given by the
concerned Science educators and report to school atleast 30 minutes prior to your designated slot. All
students are requested to adhere to the timings.

For online doubt clearing days, educators will share Google Meet links with the students. These links will be provided
in advance to ensure a smooth and organized session.

Furthermore, we emphasize the importance of academic integrity and expect all students to uphold and adhere to
creating and fostering an environment of honesty, and fair attribution in all academic pursuits. The policy is available
on the School’s website for your reference and we would request you to go through the same to better understand
