learned since your NSTP journey started, what improvements have you
acquired that contributed to your personal development?
As a student-trainee of NSTP and with all the learnings, I have learned
since my NSTP journey started, the improvements that i have acquired
that contributed to my personal development are Improved my
Teamwork and Collaboration Skills, This experience has enhanced my
ability to work collaboratively in various settings, appreciating different
perspectives and learning to compromise. Developed Leadership
Abilities, during NSTP have helped me develop skills in planning,
delegation, and conflict resolution. This has boosted my confidence
and self-reliance, preparing me for future leadership positions.
Enhanced Personal Responsibility and Discipline, Meeting deadlines,
fulfilling commitments, and contributing effectively to group efforts
have improved my time management and organizational skills.
Overall, my NSTP experience has greatly aided in my personal
development, especially in the areas of civic consciousness, teamwork,
leadership, social awareness, and personal responsibility.
