My respect to our School Principal II, Mr. RAUL ALDO O. PONTOY, To our OIC as well as the designated Science
Department Head Ms. Mary Joy D. Romano, Chairpersons of the Different Departments, My colleagues in services,
Guests, and our dear Pre-Service Teachers, Goodmorning.

As an aspiring teachers, you're stepping into a role that is both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Today marks the
beginning of an exciting phase in your professional development.

Without further ado, May I request everyone to please stand for the opening prayer to be followed by the singing of the
Philippine National Anthem via Overture.

"To officially start our program, and To welcome us for todays event. I would like to invite upfront the teachers’ League

Thank you sir, Indeed We recognize the potential each of you brings, and we are committed to supporting you every step
of the way.

At this moment, Ms. Mary Joy D. Romano will give you the important information you’ll be needing as you embark on

Now The chairpersons of the different departments will be leading our orientation session, sharing valuable insights,
expectations, and guidelines to ensure that everyone is well-equipped and prepared as you go along with your journey.

Starting with the Chairperson of the Araling Panlipunan Department, Mrs. Noemi P. Palacio for the guidelines on the
Time management, your stay here in the institution. Let’s give a hand please.

Thank you, maam! Indeed. Effective time management allows you to focus on the tasks that truly matter, leading to
greater productivity. By prioritizing your activities, you can allocate your time and energy to the most important and
impactful tasks, ensuring that you achieve more in less time.

Thank you, ma’am. As educators, one of our most important tools is the lesson plan. Whether you're a seasoned teacher
or just starting out, the ability to create effective lesson plans is crucial to the success of both your teaching and your
students' learning.

Now, For the orientation of the Grading system may we have the Chairperson of the Mathematics Department lets give a
hand to Ms. Emie A. Nacional.

Thank you maam. Grading INDEED is one of our most significant responsibilities. It’s more than just assigning numbers or
letters to student work—it’s about providing meaningful feedback that reflects student progress, encourages growth,
and maintains fairness and consistency.

At this juncture, to give us a brief orientation of the New Matatag Curriculum let’s have here upfront the Chairperson of
the Makabayan Department, Ms. Stephanie N. Adlawan. Around of applause please.

Now, for the orientation of one of the important aspect of being an educator, Let us have here in front again our OIC and
the designated Science Department Head Ms. Mary Joy D. Romano for the orientation of proper decorum.

Thank you, maam. It really is fundamental to creating a positive and productive environment, whether in the classroom,
workplace, or any social setting.

"As you embark on this journey, remember that you are here to learn as much as you are to teach. Be open to new
experiences, embrace the challenges, and celebrate the small victories along the way. wW acknowledge your hard work,
dedication, and passion for education. We believe in your ability to make a difference in the lives of students, and we are
confident that you will contribute positively to our school community. We are here to support you and we look forward
to seeing you grow into confident, capable educators.
