1. Did you find it difficult/easy to answer? Why?
Answering is a little challenging for me because it
requires focus and thought.
2. What do you notice with your answers?
I see that you may still add to and edit your responses
with whatever you believe to be a better response, but
I believe my responses are sufficient and don't need to
be changed because there are still a lot of unanswered
questions.
3. What is your reaction upon seeing all your answers?
I feel pleased and proud of myself when I see all of my
responses.

Imagine that you are looking at the mirror, and from the mirror you see
yourself. Please talk to yourself and say that “I am proud of you because you
are strong.” Then, your friends pop up in the mirror (post the name of your
friends in the mirror),please tell your friends that “You should be happy with
me because I’m a caring person.” Then, your teachers pop up in the mirror
(post the name of your teachers in the mirror), please tell them that “You
should be happy with me because I’m a respectful and understanding student
and I appreciate your efforts.” Then, your brothers/sisters pop up in the
mirror (post the name of your brothers/sisters/cousins), please tell them that
“You should be happy with me because I’m a good sibling to you and not
talking back .” Then, your parents pop up in the mirror (post the name of
your parents/guardian or whom you consider as your parent in the mirror),
please tell them that “You should be proud of me because I’m doing my best
to become successful someday to pay you back for all your sacrifices.”

shy.

What I have Learned

Think of our current crisis (Covid-19 Pandemic) situation.
Recall a moment where you have done something that you felt
confident and your sense of self- worth id high. What can you
say to yourself in that situation? What have you done? Write
your answers on a sheet of paper.
Nowadays, children are not allowed to go outside
and go to school. Now, I can help my mom on
household activities. The expenses reduced
because we are just in our home because when
there is no pandemic me and my sibling are always
going outside and eat, but now my parents can save
more money.
Share your thoughts and feelings
1. What positive statement would you say to yourself to be
reminded of your strengths and values?
If you feel exhausted learn to take a rest and fight again.
2. How will you deal with life obstacles or negative feelings?
Sometimes when I am tired I feel that I can’t do it and I
want to give up, but I cry it to feel better after and to
release the heavy feeling. After that, I will continue
pursuing my dreams and to be more strong to face the
challenges.
3. What would you do to empower yourself?
I can help empowering myself by cutting toxic people in my
life, believing myself more that I can do it, prioritizing my
dreams, and enjoying what I am doing now.
4. What are your realizations as to your capability in handling
and surviving the current health crisis right now?
I realized that I should be more careful and follow all the
protocols. Although I am not ready for this pandemic I am
not prepared and I didn’t expect that this will happen. I
realized that health matters most.
