I AM A HUMAN BEING WHO…

LOVES to play online games and ballgames

(basketball and baseball)
WANTS TO excel in areas of sports and academics
HAS A GOAL OF finishing my studies, being a professional one
and to have a stable job
USED TO BE AFRAID OF losing my love ones and being a black ship in
any matter
IS DRIVEN BY my parents in order to achieve all my goals in
life
IS INSPIRED BY my parents and friends to strive more and be
the best version of myself
WHO NOTICES everything (good and bad)
HAS A HABIT OF teasing my friends and classmates, and
making funny jokes
IS HAPPIEST WHEN I see my parents happy and proud of what I
achieved in life
GETS DISSAPOINTED by people who downgraded me and not
believing in my capabilities
WISHES I COULD still see my parents when I reached all my
goals in life
BELIEVES IN myself that I can do everything without fear
WOULD GIVE my time, care, attention and love to whoever
needed it
WILL ONE DAY I CAN FINALLY SAY “I MADE IT”.

If you had the opportunity to meet yourself, what would you like the
most and least about yourself as a person?

If I had the chance to meet myself, what I like the most about myself
as a person is that I am brave enough to handle all my problems in life. I am
proud to myself that whatever circumstances, challenges and trials that I
encountered along my way I can still manage to escape and find a best
solution or way to overcome those hindrances. I also like myself for being an
attention giver, caring and lovable because every time that someone needed
me especially if they have problems I am always there for them to comfort
and give a little bit of life lesson that he/she can use to grow as a person. For
instance, what I like the least about myself as a person is that I have a high
pride that sometimes I don’t take seriously the opinion of others which lead
to misunderstanding that cause some problems or issues. Additionally, I do
not like myself as a person for having anger issue wherein I cannot control
my temper and so I can messed up with other people. Yet, I am just a person
who is not perfect and a person who keep on striving every day to make
myself a better person.

MANIFESTO

1. How you’ll treat your body?

I cannot stress enough how important it is to take care of our body. Our
parents teach us to take care of ourselves from the moment we’re born.
Everything we do affects our physical, mental/emotional, and social health.
Taking care of our body is very beneficial. By staying physically active we are
allowing ourselves to be in shape. For example, going for a walk daily is one
easy way to be physically active. It is important to keep up with your physical
health because by doing so we decrease our risk of disease, look better, and it
helps us avoid injuries. If we are not physically active it can cause anxiety and
other problems. However it is also important to take care of our body to
maintain healthy mentally/emotionally. We can keep up with our
mental/emotional health by learning to express our feelings in appropriate
ways, thinking before we act, and by striving for balance in our life. Follow
these three easy steps and you’ll be on your way in no time. If you lack these
skills you could find yourself needing therapy and other types of medication.
Finally, the last rule is the importance of taking care of our social health. We
keep our social health, healthy, by staying positive, being nice to others, and
by having respect. Not everyone is going to agree with us and not everyone is
going to like us. All we can do is be ourselves and surround ourselves with
people that inspire us to do better. These are three of many reasons why it is
important to take good care of our body and health.

2. What I am willing to die for?

One cannot emphasize enough on the importance of family. They play a

great role in our lives and make us better human beings. The one lucky
enough to have a family often do not realize the value of a family. However,
those who do not have families know their worth. A family is our source of
strength. It teaches us what relationships mean. They help us create
meaningful relationships in the outside world. The love we inherit from our
families, we pass on to our independent relationships. Families boost our
confidence and make us feel loved. They are the pillars of our strength who
never fall instead keep us strong so we become better people. We learn the
values of love, respect, faith, hope, caring, cultures, ethics, traditions, and
everything else that concerns us through our families. And so, whatever
happens I am willing to sacrifice my life for my family for they are the reason
why I am living.

The five words that I felt and strongly describe or relate to myself which
I gave high score are Kind, Helpful, Strong, God Fearing and Open Minded. I
gave these five words a high score because I am proud of little progress that I
made. In the past days I felt like I was not strong to enough to encounter my
life problems to the point I do closed my mind for all the opinion of others, I do
not help in any activities of my day to day living, I am mad to all aspects to
the point I do not put kindness in every situation and I am not afraid of
committing sins and because of that I am proud to say that I made it even
how hard all the situation is.
From this exercise I learned a lot especially on myself as a person. This
activity teaches me to know myself better, to find out more about myself and
it helped me to turns my weaknesses into strength and discovers my
skills/capabilities even more.
