I can sum uf my entire personal and professional life in three words. “I can win”. That’s all
about myself. Thank you !!!

2) Why should we hire you?

----> I should be hired for this company because of my relevant skills, experience, and passion
for the industry. I’ve researched the company and can add value to its growth. My positive
attitude, work ethics, and long-term goals align with the job requirements, making me a
committed and valuable asset to the company.
Also I’m a creative and innovative thinker who enjoys exploring new ideas and finding
creative solutions to complex problems. I believe that this kind of approach can help your
organization in making a real impact in their field making me the perfect fit

3) What are your weaknesses?

----> 1. My biggest weakness is that I sometimes find it hard to say “no” to my colleagues'
requests for help and end up with a larger workload than I can handle. Now, I'm trying to
improve in this area by using a project management app.
3. Since I'm independent and prefer to work quickly, I've been finding it hard to ask my
colleagues for assistance when I need it. I've come to realise that it can greatly benefit me
and my employer if I seek help when I feel burnt out or don't understand something.

4) What are your strengths?

----> 1. One of my key strengths is my positive attitude, which has helped me stay motivated
and energetic in high-demand environments. For example, while working at Dmart, I handled
a fast-paced job that required a lot of energy and patience. This role also taught me to view
situations from multiple perspectives, especially when interacting with different customers..
This role also taught me to view situations from multiple perspectives, especially when
interacting with different customers. I developed strong empathy, allowing me to
understand and address their needs effectively, which improved customer satisfaction.
Effective communication is another strength I have. I can handle complex situation very
smoothly with my communication skill.

1)Where do you see yourself in 5 years

"In five years, I see myself as an important part of this organization,
having grown in my role and contributing to the company's success. I
want to improve my skills and take on more responsibilities, working
with my team to reach our goals."

Passion for Front-End Development:

"I’m really excited about front-end development because I love creating
websites that look good and are easy for people to use. It’s amazing how
design and coding come together to make something that everyone can
interact with. I enjoy working on the visual side of things and solving
problems to make websites faster and more user-friendly. Even though
I’m just starting out, I’m eager to keep learning and improving. I love the
idea of making websites that not only look great but also work smoothly
for everyone."

Professional achivements
Earned a certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization from Accenture.
During my six-month internship as a Java developer at Bitmat
Technology, I worked on building and improving Java applications. I got
hands-on experience with coding, testing, and fixing bugs. I also worked
closely with my team to add new features and make the applications run
better. It was a great opportunity for me to learn how to write clean and
efficient code, and I also helped with documentation and reviewing
others' code, which improved the overall project.

Coworker mis understood

"If a coworker misunderstood something I said, I would talk to them
calmly and ask if we could clear things up. I’d listen to their side first,
then explain my point again in a simple way. I think it’s important to keep
communication open, so I’d encourage them to ask questions. My aim
would be to make sure we both understand each other and can work well
together."

2) What is difference between hard work

and smart work
Approach
Hard Work: Involves putting in a significant amount of time and effort
without necessarily focusing on strategy. The emphasis is on dedication,
and persistence,
Smart Work: Involves a strategic approach to tasks, focusing on
efficiency, effectiveness, and optimal use of resources. Smart workers
prioritize tasks based on their impact and look for innovative solutions to
problems.

Hard Work: Often requires a considerable time investment, with an

emphasis on long hours and continuous effort to achieve goals.
Smart Work: Prioritizes tasks based on importance and urgency, leading
to better time management. It involves identifying and eliminating time-
wasting activities.

3)What do you know about our company

Before the interview, I checked the website of TCS, and I found
TCS stands for Tata Consultancy Services and is a multi-national company providing IT
services. It provides software and consultancy services in different industries like Finance,
Education, Insurance, Retail, Energy, Life Science, and Healthcare. TCS provides analytics,
Blockchain, Cyber Security, Automation, AI, and IoT services

 TCS became the first company to breach the $100 billion

capitalization mark.
 TCS has earned a Top Employer certification in 24 countries located
in Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Australia and
the Middle East.
What I feel about your company is that it have an excellent work culture,
provides a good platform and also have a good reputation in the industry. I
want to work for such a company to shape my career and also want to
utilize my potential & a skill for the organizational growth.

4)Where do you see yourself in 5 years

"In five years, I see myself as an important part of this organization,
having grown in my role and contributing to the company's success. I
want to improve my skills and take on more responsibilities, working
with my team to reach our goals."

5)What is more important for you in money or

success?
Either of them is incomplete without the other but When you are
successful, it is almost a surety that money will flow but money cannot
always define success. To be successful one needs to work hard and in
the right direction so that you earn respectable position and fame too
with righteously earned money. Money can be earned in ways that are
morally and ethically incorrect but that would not earn you respect
enough to be called successful.

"I believe in earning respect and reputation along with success

righteously. Money cannot always buy these things. However, money
incentivizes one to work harder and be successful so I think success is
more important and money obviously flows along if you have all the
success."
6)What is confidence and over confidence?
 Confidence: Confidence is a belief in oneself, abilities, and judgments that is
grounded in experience, skill, and knowledge. It involves a realistic assessment of
one's capabilities and a positive outlook on achieving goals. Confident individuals are
typically self-assured, calm under pressure, and capable of making decisions based on
their competence.

 Overconfidence: Overconfidence, on the other hand, involves an exaggerated

sense of one's abilities, skills, or judgments that exceeds reality. It often leads
individuals to believe they are more capable or knowledgeable than they actually are.
Overconfident people may take unnecessary risks, dismiss others' opinions, and
underestimate challenges or potential pitfalls.

7) Would you work in team work?

I prefer teamwork. Different team members contribute different
perspectives, and the synergy between team members can produce
creative and productive results. I love to help draw out the unique
skill sets of different team members. For example, I recently worked
on a large group project in which two introverted members were
not sharing their opinions with the group. I suggested breaking our
group into 2 teams for a brainstorming session. In these smaller
teams, the quieter members became more vocal and shared some
terrific ideas. These ideas became part of our strategy and helped
us successfully complete the project.
