Good morning to everyone. First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me the
opportunity to introduce myself. Rajeshkanna KM is my name. I am a
Tharagampatty native I previously worked as an HVAC [Heat Ventilation and Air
Conditioning] engineer for Season Control Private Limited in Chennai. I worked on
various projects.
For example,
The Shantilal Sangavi Foundation in Mumbai.
Chanithany Eye Hospital in Kerala
I have completed 5 operation theatre projects. I graduated from Chettinadu
College of Engineering and Technology in Karur with a 7.72 CGPA completed my
HSLC at S.K.V Higher Secondary School in Tharagampatty with a 93% and
completed my SSLC at K.S.V Higher Secondary School in Karur with a 94%.
My hobbies are reading the newspaper, and playing cricket. My short-term goal is
placed in a reputed company and my long-term goal is a promotion to the same
company.

My strength is l am honest and quick learner player and a great team player.
My weakness Is l concentrate one thing at a time.

Confidence means only l can do it over confidence means only l can do it .

Hardwork is spending long hours on a task or series of tasks. Hardwork often
focuses on quantity rather than quality.
Smart work involves completing the same amount of in less time.
[Link] do you feel about working hights and weekend?
I would prefer to work at nights and weekends, but during overloads .I am ready
and available to work whenever you need me. Night and weekends are the only
time. I can spend with my family and that's very important to me but in the case of
an urgent situation, If you need me then I will definitely be available.
8. Can you work under pressure?
Yes,we surely can work under stress but the concentration in working under
pressure or stress is that blocks your creativity and ability is take smart decision
so to overcome this situation we should stay calm.

Yes, l am willing to relocate working with now people will give more ideas and
experience also.

Gain new experience and build my network short term goal is placed any MNC
company. One of my long term goal is learn to new skill in techniques and good
position in company.

Success is what motivates me to do a good job knowing the fact that my hardwork
and reference will help me achieve greater professional success is what's keeps
me going.

Being treated unfairly and feeling powerless to do anything about it other people
not respecting your authority feelings or property. So that makes angry.

I think creativity is the most important thing to improve my skill and learning

14. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
As long as it takes to reach you career goals, l would like to work here as long as l
can provide value and growth to this organization.
