    Griffin National High School, held last Friday, September 22,2023 at the CGNHS Social Hall at exactly 4:00
    p.m.)

    RESOLUTION TO ORGANIZE ACQUAINTANCE PARTY

    WHEREAS, fostering a sense of unity among students is essential for a positive school environment;

    WHEREAS, an acquaintance party provides an opportunity for students to interact, socialize, and build meaningful
    connections with their peers;

    WHEREAS, organizing an event that promotes inclusivity and engagement aligns with the objectives of the SSLG;

    WHEREAS, conducting the acquaintance party within the school premises ensures a safe and controlled
    environment for all participants.

    THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AND FURTHER RESOLVED, that the SSLG officers hereby request the approval of the
    school administration and relevant authorities to organize an acquaintance party at Colonel Griffin National High
    School.

    The proposed event details are as follows:


    Date: October 12-13 (Thursday and Friday afternoon)
    Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
    Venue: Social Hall
    Theme: YOU & ME, WE ARE A COMMUNITY!
    We assure that all necessary arrangements including security measures and supervision, will be taken to
    ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and any guidelines and policies set forth by the
    school administration.

    We believe that the acquaintance party will contribute positively to the school community, fostering a
    sense of belonging and enhancing to the overall student experience.

    We humbly request the consideration and approval of this resolution, and we are open to address any
    concerns or providing further information as required.
