    Greetings of peace and love in Christ!

    The Department of Education (DepEd), in its commitment to ensure that education must
    continue, shall formally open School Year 2024-2025 on July __, 2024, pursuant to DepEd
    Memorandum No. __, series 2024 stated that in preparation for the Opening of Classes, the Brigada
    Eskwela Program in the public schools shall be implemented from July __ to 22, 2024 with the
    theme, “________________________.”

    On this note, I humbly request your office through your proactive leadership to participate in
    School’s Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off Program on Monday, July __, 2024 and further extend your help
    and assistance in the schoolwide clean-up drive and preparatory activities for the incoming opening of
    classes for S.Y. 2024-2025. I also request your good office to encourage your constituents in extending
    their much-needed help and cooperation for the school, to participate actively in the Brigada Eskwela
    Program.

    We will be greatly honored if you will grace our school event. Attached here is a copy of the
    flow of the Kick-Off program, for your guidance and reference. Knowing your great support for
    quality education, and health and safety of learners, I trust that your positive response will effectively
    carry the desired end of this appeal. I wish to reiterate in advance my gratitude for attending to this
