The White Rat

The Sovereign Fairy of the Peaks V one day invited all the snow fairies to a party in her
STORIES
palace. They all came wrapped in their ermine cloaks and guiding their floats of frost. But
one of them, Alba, upon hearing some children crying who lived in a lonely cabin,
stopped on the road.
The fairy entered the poor house and lit the fireplace. The children, warming themselves
by the flames, told him that their parents had gone to work in the city and, meanwhile,
were dying of cold and fear.
"I will stay with you until your parents return," she promised.
And so he did; When it was time to leave, nervous about the punishment that her
sovereign could impose on her for being late, she forgot the magic wand inside the
cabin. The Fairy of the peaks looked at Alba angrily.

deserve a good punishment!

THE NIGHT OF DEATH
It was night and I was looking at that inert body, lying on the ground,
bathed in blood and with two men in balaclavas stripping it of its
belongings! How unfair to see the event! I shouted, "Go away, the
police are coming!" but they did not pay attention to me, when
suddenly, having carried out the act, the subjects left, the sirens
sounded in the distance, I approached the body little by little, but not
before thinking about the daring of my action, I observed the features
of that motionless body lying on the ground, had two bullet holes, one
in the chest and finally another in the head. It didn't take long for me to
realize that the man who had been assaulted was me. The atrocious
reality washed over me like cold water. Why didn't I remember
anything? How did I get to this state? The only thing I know is that At

THE EVIL EYE

spreading fear among almost all the villagers. Quilla, a young and beautiful girl,
decided to confront the puma. One night, while everyone ran for shelter, she

run. He ran for two days keeping the puma away from the village. On the third
night the puma cornered her. The young woman, giving up, prepared to die;
But there was no sadness in his heart since he felt happy for having fulfilled his
purpose. At the moment when the puma was about to kill her, she closed her
beautiful eyes and felt herself rise into the air, becoming a round, luminous star
