Be a good teacher I should be a good role model for the
students, exhibit good manners, habits
and behavior, and present the best
possible image to the students.
Extend assistance anytime I should be willing to extend my
assistance even if without being told. I
will offer a hand even if the resource
teacher does not ask. I will make
myself available to those who need my
help.
I should prepare complete, concise

Given the chance to become a principal someday, what qualities / attributes

must you possess?
If I have a chance to become a principal someday, my first attribute would be
being flexible, having an open mind, and having the willingness to try new things
to show employers that I can adapt to the natural challenges. Second is being
loyal due to the fact that it can describe who really am. Third, having courage that
will gives me the tenacity to work through issues and disagreements without
compromising my principles without courage, I cannot practice any other virtue
with consistency. And lastly, leadership if I have leadership as one of my
qualities, I can function as a leader whenever a situation requires that I take the
lead, set the team’s direction, or make decision. I believe that good leaders make
people feel that they’re at the very heart of things, not at the periphery.
